Freedom after more than 15 years of imprisonment

Verein Welle | Freedom after more than 15 years of imprisonment

We are thrilled to share some positive news in our ongoing human rights efforts:
Abolghasem Fouladvand has been released after enduring ten years of imprisonment and torture. Additionally, Fatemeh Mosanna and Hassan Sadeghi have been freed after spending more than eight years in different prisons like Evin. This couple, along with their two children, was unjustly detained simply because Hassan organized a funeral for his father, who opposed the regime. Both were sentenced to 15 years, and their home and property, including Hassan’s office, were confiscated.
We celebrate their release alongside their families, and with all of you. Each step toward freedom brings renewed hope for the Iranian people and strengthens our shared mission.
